USB connections fail to function

Confirm that the appropriate option is selected for [USB] in the network menu.

Depending on the device you are connecting to, select the option for [USB] in the network menu as follows:

• When connecting to computers or Android devices via USB, select [MTP/PTP].
• When using a third-party USB-to-Ethernet adapter to connect to computers or other cameras via Ethernet, select [USB-LAN].
• When live streaming by connecting to a computer or smart device, select [USB streaming (UVC/UAC)].
