Image size

Set the image size (number of pixels) used when saving JPEG images.
The larger the image size, the larger the size at which it can be printed, but the number of images that can be saved is reduced.

  1. The image size can be set in any shooting mode other than Movie manual. The setting is also applied to other shooting modes (except shooting mode and [Easy panorama] scene mode).

  1. The numerical values indicate the number of pixels that are captured.
    Example: 4608×3456 = approx. 16 megapixels, 4608 × 3456 pixels
