Choose whether exposure compensation can be performed with the command dial when the exposure compensation dial is set to [C].

Option	Description
[On (Auto reset)]	Exposure compensation can be adjusted using a command dial. The setting selected with the command dial is reset when the camera turns off or the standby timer expires.
[On]	Exposure compensation can be adjusted using a command dial. Exposure compensation is not reset when the camera turns off or the standby timer expires.
[Off]	Set the exposure compensation with the exposure compensation dial.

Enabled in modes P, S, A, and b. In mode b, set Custom Setting b4 [b mode exposure comp.] to [Enable]. Easy exposure compensation is not available in other modes.
The command dial used varies with the shooting mode.
