Adjust settings when inputting audio from an external device via the external microphone/line input connector.
- Set [External mic] when connecting an external microphone to input audio.
- Set [Line] when connecting a sound mixer or other audio device via a line cable to input audio.
Cautions: Line input
Note the following points when connecting audio devices to the camera via an audio input line cable.
- Always select [Line]. Selecting [External mic] and inputting audio may cause malfunctions.
- Configure the voltage setting to +6 dBV or less. Audio input voltages higher than +6 dBV may distort the audio.
