Choose whether the E button is needed for exposure compensation in photo mode.

| [On (Auto reset)] | Only a command dial is needed to adjust exposure compensation. The setting selected with the command dial is reset when the camera turns off or the standby timer expires. |
| [On] | Only a command dial is needed to adjust exposure compensation. Exposure compensation is not reset when the camera turns off or the standby timer expires. |
| [Off] | Exposure compensation is set by pressing the E button and rotating a command dial. |
- This option takes effect in modes P, S, A, and b. Easy exposure compensation is not available in mode M.
- The command dial used varies with the mode.
