[Enable]

The camera takes pictures continuously while the shutter-release button is pressed all the way down.

  • In release modes S and Q, shooting will end after all the shots in the bracketing sequence have been taken.

  • In modes

    Ch
    and
    Cl
    and during burst photography in mode Q, the camera will repeat the bracketing sequence while the shutter-release button is pressed all the way down.

  • If [WB bracketing] is selected for [Auto bracketing set] in the photo shooting menu, the camera will take pictures while the shutter-release button is pressed all the way down and apply white balance bracketing to each shot regardless of the option chosen for release mode.

[Disable]

  • In release modes S and Q, the camera will take one picture each time the shutter-release button is pressed.

  • If the shutter-release button is kept pressed in modes

    Ch
    and
    Cl
    and during burst photography in mode Q, shooting will pause after all the shots in the bracketing sequence have been taken. Shooting will resume the next time the shutter-release button is pressed.
